3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 90ph Platform, you must create a registered account. The following terms apply to your account:

3.1 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 90ph reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 90ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with them may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90ph username and password. 6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes. All games available on the 90ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player or by 90ph. 6.2 Malfunctions. 7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 90ph Platform, including but not limited to the 90ph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 90ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 90ph.

Any unauthorized use of 90ph intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. 90ph endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 9.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 90ph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 90ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 90ph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay. You are solely responsible for your gaming decisions and for managing your gaming budget responsibly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the regulatory authority of PAGCOR or to the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.
